t-51 days

     The date today is May 27th 2012 which means that Michael and I will be leaving for Europe in exactly 51 days. Just yesterday we moved out of our apartment in Towson and returned home, mine just and hour away and his in New Jersey. Leaving our college town for good and with the official start of summer this memorial day weekend, it is  beginning to feel like our trip is finally approaching. We have been anticipating this trip for about a year now, saving money, making an editing our itinerary, researching cites, and saving more money. When Michael and I met or re-met at the begging of our fall 2010 semesters, we had both recently studied abroad. Michael spent an amazing semester in Australia and I took two classes in Seville, Spain over a three week period during the summer. During our first year of dating, we went on many trips as we began to get to know each other, visiting Oregon, Washington, Texas, New York, DC, and Boston. It was only natural for us to decide to backpack through Europe!
